<p style="text-align: justify;">A study published in the journal BMC Complementary and <strong>A<a href="http://www.tvkristus.com/aromatherapy-for-today.htm">lternative Medicine</a></strong>, suggests that yoga is good for relaxation, calm stress, improve flexibility, but not enough to keep in good heart, to express that they should do more exercise .</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Societies of Cardiology recommend to stay in shape, playing 30 minutes of exercise five times a week at least, which can be divided in various activities in 10 minutes. The study aimed to determine whether 20 people from about 30 years, who did yoga were able to implement the recommendations of exercise.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The scientific team from Long Island University confirmed that a meeting of nearly an hour of yoga burn an average of 3.2 calories per minute, a figure that can be achieved by walking.</p>
