The intervention was performed on 9 November with the technical approach and Notes TEM (transanal surgery, Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery) and was successful, largely thanks to a partnership of Gastrointestinal Surgery team of Clinic of Barcelona, who leads Antonio Maria de Lacy, and a team of surgeons from Boston, headed by Patricia Sylla.
