Influenza Infection

The following people are at greater risk of developing complications of influenza infection as a bacterial form of bronchitis or pneumonia:
* Seniors
* Young Children
* People whose immune system is weakened
* People who have chronic diseases
* Etc.
Finally, it is impossible to diagnose the flu on the sole basis of clinical symptoms. It is for this reason that tests have been developed in the Diagnosis of influenza. For example the World Health Organization recommends that people who present with a rapid onset of fever> 37.8 C and cough or sore throat, have a rapid test for influenza.
