<p style="text-align: justify;">Obviously there are many kinds of fibers, but here we only deal with the dietary fiber, which we use in our food.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The dietary fiber found only in foods of plant origin, and has the characteristic of being attacked by enzymes in the stomach or small intestine, and allows it reaches the large intestine (colon) without degradation.
